Book Competition Terms and Conditions June 2009
1. To enter this competition you must be/have:
a) a resident of UK or Eire b) permission from a parent or guardian if under 16 years of age
2. Please provide name, e-mail address, full postal address and contact number.
3. Only one entry per household allowed.
4. To be eligible, entries must be received on or before the closing date of 05th July 2009.
5. Any personal information (entrant’s name, date of birth, email address and address) will be used solely in connection with this competition and will not be disclosed to any third party, except for the purpose of fulfilling the prize where applicable.
6. The winners will be selected at random.
7. 10 winners will receive the signed book specified.
8. The prizes are not exchangeable from cash or any other prize. However, if the prize is not available the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
9. If the winner cannot be contacted before 1st Aug 2009 HarperCollins Publishers reserves the right to re-draw a winner from the correct entries in accordance with these terms. HarperCollins’ decision as to who qualifies as the winner is final and HarperCollins will not enter into any correspondence relating to the winning entry.
